RETURN POLICY

We make every effort to ensure our Healthy Space Technologies clientele are deeply satisfied with their decision to work with us and the products we provide. We do, however, understand that occasionally the need for a refund or order cancellation arises.

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Regular online and in-person product purchases: Refund requests received within 15 days of purchase will be honoured, with refunds issued via the original payment method or credit card. The product being returned must be in its original unopened state, and a payment receipt must be provided.

• Refund requests made 16 days or more from the time of purchase are eligible for a full credit of the original purchase price, less a 15% restocking and administration fee. Credits may be applied to a future or alternative Healthy Space Technologies purchase, and must be used within 12 months of original purchase date.

• Custom orders and recurring product subscriptions: Refund and/or order cancellation requests received 30 or more days in advance of their planned pick-up or delivery date will be honoured. Within the 30-day delivery window of your custom or recurring order, however, we have begun assembling your materials and turning away other customers, and are thus unable to offer a refund.

• All eligible refund, credit or custom order cancellation requests may be emailed to accounts @ healthyspace.ca.

Information Collection, Use and Sharing

Healthy Space Technologies is the sole owner of the information collected on this website (https://healthyspace.ca). We have access to only the information you voluntarily give us via email, through browsing our website or other direct contact we may have together. We will never, under any circumstance, sell or rent this information to anyone.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email (if you have explicitly opted into our email list) or by targeted promotions (i.e. paid advertisements) to tell you about Healthy Space Technologies products, services, promotions and updates, or any changes made to these policies.

We take exceptional precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via our website, it is protected both online and offline. We also take great caution to protect your email address and will never share it with any third-party site or organization.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for ‘https’ at the beginning of the website page address. Your contact record with us does not, under any circumstance, expose your credit card data to us or our payment processing partners.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers and servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a highly secure environment.
